FAQ

Is Tracking Standards a free Attri alternative?

No. Attri is an attribution platform with live parameter rewriting, short links and conversion tracking. Tracking Standards is the free place to design one convention and turn it into correct templates for every ad platform — without vendor lock-in or another analytics script.

Where is my convention stored?

In this browser (localStorage). Export JSON to back it up, share with teammates, or re-import later. Private workspaces and shareable public pages are on the roadmap.

Does this rewrite live website traffic?

No — and that is intentional. Aliases power builders and validators. Live rewriting needs careful tag order, consent and redirects; we stay a planning and validation tool.

How does this relate to the Campaign URL Builder?

The Campaign URL Builder is unrestricted. Tracking Standards enforces your approved values and naming rules, then can hand off a clean URL. Use the template builder when you need ValueTrack or Meta macros.
