FAQ

Where do I paste the ClickPatrol → Pinterest Ads template?

Paste into the ad’s Destination URL in Pinterest Ads. There is no separate Tracking template field like Google Ads.

Will this break my landing page URL?

Templates that start with {lpurl} or include u={lpurl} / url={lpurl} preserve your final URL. On Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn, you append macros to the destination URL directly. Always click-test after saving.

Where are the Pinterest Ads macros documented?

See the Pinterest Ads parameter reference on this site.
